By placing an order with Maker do Vale, you agree to the following terms. If you have any questions, contact us before completing your purchase.

Products and production

All products are handmade after your order is confirmed. Natural variations in wood and resin are part of each piece's authenticity — they are not defects.

Payment and shipping

Payment is charged at the time of order. Dispatch happens once the piece is ready. Estimated production time is shown on each product page.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. After that window, cancellation of pieces already in production is not possible.
